Where to Get Cute Scrubs & Uniforms

When TLC said they didn’t "want no scrubs”, we felt that. Scrubs and PMU uniforms can often feel unexciting, uncomfortable or uninteresting - but they don’t have to be!

Although they’re necessary for our work, as artists we often want to express our creativity and style through our clothing as well as through our artwork. It’s also important that we (as well as our staff) look professional and consistent with our branding to create a great first impression with our clients. We’ve rounded up our top three favourite online stores where you can find stylish, yet professional looks.

Jaanuu

These uniforms are made from amazingly stretchable, wrinkle-free fabric that moves and breathes with you while you work. Jaanuu have different collections with many different styles but all of their scrubs are treated with SILVADUR™ antimicrobial technology to protect the fibres and fabrics so the scrubs last longer, inhibit the growth of microorganisms in fabric, and provide anti-odour protection.

Noel Asmar

These uniforms are made from breathable fabric that looks super-stylish. They also have a ‘sustainable’ collection on their online store featuring uniforms made from recycled water bottles. Another cool bonus - the scrubs are treated with powerful UPF50 sun protection that blocks 97.5+% of UV radiation exposure. In their own words “they are as good for Mother Earth as they are for employee wellness.” We’re big fans.

FIGS

FIGS is a fabulous brand who makes comfortable, affordable and stylish scrubs for all purposes. Besides their great workwear, they also have some amazing initiatives such as Threads for Threads where they donate medical apparel to healthcare professionals in need around the world. So far, they’ve donated more than 500,000 sets of scrubs throughout 35 different countries. Since COVID-19 began, FIGS have donated over 30,000 sets of scrubs to hospitals throughout the US and have donated $100,000 to help ship PPE to hospitals in need. Amazing! Buying from a company who does good makes us feel good.

“I set out to design a microblade that I knew would put our needs first as artists.”
